Installation of Glass Enamel Equipment

1. When handling, only the ear of the tank is allowed to bear force (referring to non-packaging), rolling and prying bars are not allowed to avoid vibration and collision, and stress on vulnerable parts such as pipe hoops and clamps is strictly prohibited.
2. When hoisting, the steel wire rope must be hung at the specified position (such as jacket nozzle, tank ear, etc.). (The rings on the lid are used only for the lid of the tank). They can't touch any objects, so they can be lifted steadily and lightly.
3. Before assembly, inspectors should wear clean soft sole rubber shoes into the container to check whether there is any abnormal phenomena in the glass-lined layer.
4. When tightening flange bolts, the torsion wrench should be used to tighten gradually and evenly along the diagonal line. It should not be tightened completely at one time. When the maximum torque exceeds 200 NM, it should be stopped to check other reasons affecting the sealing, so as to avoid the impact of glass lining rupture caused by uneven force on the mission of use.
5. Check whether the clips are complete and the number of clips is in accordance with the regulations. Installation is to ensure that the distance is equal, tighten moderately to ensure that the operation turns dark and the sealing is reliable.
6. Installers should wear clean soft sole rubber shoes into the container, remove all the packages with fixed stirring wings, and clean up all the debris in the container, Removal of mechanical seal packaging, correct and reasonable adjustment of the seal compression, manual disc rotating mixing wing, when the operation is flexible and no abnormal, the motor is allowed to start.
7.The gasket materials commonly used in glass-lined containers are asbestos-free fiberboard with stainless steel corrugated plate and PTFE film. Gasket thickness may vary slightly in different parts. Position marking should be done when disassembling and assembling. Otherwise, leakage may occur when installing again.
8, It is strictly forbidden to weld the outer surface of glass-lined tank; when welding nozzles, ears and holders on jackets, all welders should use electric welding, and cooling facilities should be adopted, and no gas welding should be allowed; when welding the outer surface of glass-lined equipment, the surface of glass-lined tank and pipe should be strictly improved to avoid spattering of welding slag and damage the glass-lined surface.
