1. Strictly prevent any metal or hard objects from falling into the container and touching the enamel.
2. Avoid heating material in cold tank and adding refrigerant in hot tank as far as possible. Because of sudden change of temperature, internal pressure is formed, which affects service life.
3. The operation time of jacket equipment should be slowly pressurized and warmed up. Generally, 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure) pressure vapor should be introduced first. After 15 minutes, the pressure should be slowly increased and warmed up (the speed of pressure increase should be 0.1 MPa pressure per 10 minutes). The operating pressure of the tank should be known until the operating pressure of the tank is known, regardless of heating or cooling, it should be within the allowable temperature range. The operating temperature of the equipment ranges from 0 200℃. Refer to Figs A and B for cold and hot shock (generally 120℃ and 110°℃). Exceeding the above temperature range, the order contract indicates that it is designed and manufactured separately.
4. Discharge: When discharging, if the discharging valve and the discharging pipe are blocked, they should be gently poked open with non-metallic tools and not knocked.
5. Strictly prevent acid from entering the jacket in use to prevent corrosion of the jacket iron tyre and "hydrogen explosion".
6. Cleaning: When cleaning the inside of the tank, metal utensils should not be used, and the materials adhering to the inside of the tank must be cleaned timely and thoroughly.
