1. Before use, carefully check the pipes and valves related to the reactor, and only after ensuring that it meets the feeding conditions, can it be fed.
2. Check whether the mixing motor, reducer, mechanical seal, etc. are normal, whether the oil level of the reducer is appropriate, and whether the cooling water supply of the mechanical seal is normal.
3. Under the condition of ensuring that there is no abnormality, start the mixing, and put in the materials according to the specified amount. It is strictly forbidden to run the reaction kettle with a size of more than 10 cubic meters or the reaction kettle with bottomed bearing stirring. Make sure that the bottom bearing is immersed below the liquid surface before the stirring can be started.
Fourth, it is necessary to strictly implement the process operating procedures, pay close attention to the temperature and pressure in the reactor and the jacket pressure of the reactor, and prohibit over-temperature and over-pressure.
5. During the reaction process, roving inspections should be performed, and problems should be dealt with in a timely manner.
6. If over-temperature occurs, immediately cool down with water. The temperature after cooling should meet the process requirements.
7. If overpressure occurs, open the vent valve immediately. Emergency relief.
8. Stop: If the power outage causes the machine to stop, the feeding should be stopped; if there is a power outage during the feeding, the feeding should be stopped, the vent valve should be opened, and the feed water should be cooled. Long-term shutdown should clean the remaining liquid in the kettle, and close the bottom valve, feed valve, steam inlet valve, discharge valve, etc.
